the a/c in the room was not working properly (we mentioned it a few times! ). the nightly entertainment was superb, especially a performance by The Tenors. also, the kids’ activities near the pool were delightful. staff were always cheerful and polite!

Not exactly a steal but still decent for families

The kids loved the pool area, and there were fun activities planned every day, it felt like a mini paradise. And you know the room we had, it was big enough for us all, I couldn’t complain about the space.

It wasn't cheap, but the overall experience felt acceptable in the end.

Our stay at palladium was a refreshing surprise. The family junior suite was spacious and perfect for us. The kids had a blast at the water park, which kept them engaged all day.

Entertainment staff kept our kids engaged with fun games and activities. Food options lacked variety and restaurant wait times were long. The water park provided a great way for the family to cool off. Pool facilities felt crowded at times. Our Family Junior Suite was spacious, but the mini-fridge didn't work well.

so many activities to enjoy. the staff was attentive and friendly throughout our stay. loved the spa treatments and the beautiful beachfront access for relaxing in the sun.

Our family had a fantastic time enjoying a diverse gastronomical selection at the on-site restaurants, particularly at the Nest. The kids thought the surprise Raggs appearance at the Mini Grease show was hilarious, and the beach provided a perfect setting for relaxation.

My kids wished there were more organized activities specifically for their age group.

The location was very peaceful, and the

rooms were quite spacious for our family of four. We really appreciated the attentive service and the beautiful sunset views from the Mexican restaurant. However, the limited dining options and the slow service were disappointing.
